Our mission
Promote awareness of guide dogs and service dogs and help people find clear information about possible support pathways.
Pawsitive Independence Inc.GUIDE DOGS & SERVICE DOGSOUR MISSION
Promoting awareness and support for guide dogs and service dogs, and the greater independence they may help people achieve.
PEOPLE • DOGS • INDEPENDENCE
We want people with disabilities, disabled veterans and active-duty military personnel to have a clear place to express their service dog support needs and learn how to seek further information.
Guide dogs and other service dogs perform different roles. Training, suitability, access rights and eligibility requirements vary by programme and jurisdiction. A submitted application is not a certification, diagnosis, approval or guarantee of a dog placement.
Our catalogue, application form and donation enquiry process are designed to keep information organised for review by the site administrator.
